Welcome to the Tanzanian community! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tanzania Community and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of any other party.
10. User Data Deletion

Upon receipt of a valid request, we will delete your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Some data may be retained for legal, administrative or security purposes.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by the courts of Tanzania.
